PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Strongman Team Poland. For any matter concerning your data, contact us at kontakt@strongmanteampoland.com.

This policy covers the strongmanteampoland.com website, the STP shop and the Strongman Team Poland mobile app for iOS.

2. Scope and purpose of processing

We process the data you enter in our forms (name, e-mail, phone number) solely to answer your enquiries, handle sponsorship co-operation and fulfil orders placed in the STP shop. Data of athletes applying for a competition is processed on the basis of the consents given in the application form, for the purpose of organising the competition and publishing the results.

3. Mobile app

Using the app without an account. Most of the app requires no sign-in. News, the event calendar, results, standings, athlete profiles and photo galleries are all available without creating an account and without providing any personal data.

Accounts and sign-in. An account is only needed by federation athletes and event crew. Sign-in is done through Sign in with Apple, or with an e-mail address and password. In that case we store: your Apple user identifier, your e-mail address (unless hidden by Apple) and your name, if provided. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option, we receive only the relay address and never learn your real e-mail.

Roles in the app. Roles (judge, event crew, athlete) are assigned by a federation administrator. A newly created account with no role sees exactly the same content as a signed-out user.

Push notifications. If you grant permission, we store an anonymous device token needed to deliver notifications about an event starting or final results being published. You can withdraw this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

What we do not do. The app contains no analytics tools, no advertising networks and no third-party trackers. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or browsing history. We do not profile users and we do not sell data.

Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: STP tab → My profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your account data and your notification token. Sporting results achieved at a competition remain in the federation's official protocols as sports documentation.

4. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies required for the site, the sign-in session and the shopping cart to work. The mobile app does not use cookies.

5. Processors

We use the following providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, image hosting), Apple (Sign in with Apple and the Apple Push Notification service), Expo (push notification delivery), Resend (transactional e-mail), SIBS/PayTel (shop payments). Payment details are processed directly in the payment provider's infrastructure and never reach our servers.

6. Retention

Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Order data is kept for the period required by tax law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@strongmanteampoland.com.

8. Children

The app and the website are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
