1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the strongmanteampoland.com website and the Strongman Team Poland mobile app, both operated by Strongman Team Poland.

3. User accounts

Creating an account is voluntary and free of charge. An account is only needed by federation athletes and event crew. Roles are assigned by a federation administrator. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account with third parties. You can delete your account at any time in the app: STP → My profile → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or the app in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others, including automated scraping of data, attempts to gain unauthorised access and any interference with the operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

All material published on the website and in the app (texts, photographs, logos, results) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the consent of STP.

6. Competition results

Results published live are provided for information only. Only the official protocols approved by the head judge of a competition are binding.

7. Availability

We make every effort to keep the website and the app running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance and to change or discontinue individual features.

8. Online shop

The rules of sale in the STP shop, including delivery, returns and complaints, will be set out in the shop regulations before it launches.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. We will announce any material change on the website or in the app.
